Trade Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 7, 2026

These terms outline the international trade and manufacturing conditions between AH EXPORTS (Exporter) and the purchasing entity (Importer).

1. Sourcing & Quotations

All prices are quoted in USD or EUR, typically on FOB (Free on Board) Moradabad/Mumbai terms, unless explicitly specified as CIF or CNF. Quotations remain valid for 45 calendar days due to fluctuations in raw metal (brass, copper, iron) and wood market rates.

2. Sampling Policy

Samples are created upon request to verify material quality and design details. Sample charges and international express courier costs (DHL/FedEx) are borne by the importer, which are fully adjustable against the first bulk container purchase order.

3. Payment Terms

For first-time container transactions, our standard terms are: 30% advance deposit via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), with the remaining 70% payable upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) are accepted for long-term contract buyers.

4. Production Lead Times

Standard manufacturing timelines average 45 to 60 days from the receipt of the initial deposit and design approval. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by custom clearances or maritime delays.

5. Intellectual Property & NDA

Custom drawings, specification sheets, and brand labels submitted by buyers remain their intellectual property. AH Exports executes strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect exclusive client designs from public display.

6. Quality Claims & Inspection

Importers are encouraged to perform third-party inspections (SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas) at our facility prior to packing. Any post-delivery quality complaints must be filed within 30 days of container arrival with photographic evidence for assessment and credits processing.
